During a session, whether conducted on Zoom or via text, you can expect a person-centered approach that is tailored to your specific needs, goals, and communication preferences.

There is never a charge for the first session. We will start by getting to know each other and briefly discussing your strengths, challenges, and goals. If we decide that coaching is the right step, we will move forward from there.
