Human Differently, PLLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates humandifferently.com (the “Site”). This policy explains what information the Site collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

 

The short version

The Site uses analytics and advertising tools to understand how visitors use it and to measure how our ads perform. The Site does not ask for, collect, or store client information. All client records, scheduling, intake, and billing happen in a separate, HIPAA-compliant practice management system provided by SimplePractice.

When you visit the Site, our analytics and advertising tools may automatically collect standard technical information, such as:

• Pages you visit, how long you stay, and how you arrived (for example, from a search engine or an ad)

Links on the Site to the client portal or appointment request tools take you to SimplePractice’s secure platform.

If you email us, please do not include sensitive personal or health details. We’ll respond and, if appropriate, move the conversation to a secure channel.

You can limit tracking by:

• Managing ad personalization at adssettings.google.com and in your Meta ad preferences
